I was out of town for several weeks in Brighton, Rochester and my BMW 128 (2011) had issues with the brakes light, check engine soon and ABS lights all going om at the same time, the following day from a 7 hour ride. Paul was very easy to speak with and took the time right when I visited him without an appointment and did a diagnostic test. He determined it was a back passenger, side wheel sensor causing the issue and he fixed the problem. I am grateful for both Paul and Connie's kindness to a stranger and making me feel comfortable, despite the fact that I didn't have access to my mechanic back home. I would sincerely recommend Scotty's Automotive for your future auto repairs. Paul's service was excellent.

I had a great experience here today. I went up to the counter and explained that my oil was slightly low and that I just needed help opening the cap so I could top it off myself until I had time to get a full oil change. Without any hesitation, they came outside and helped me right away with no issues. It was such a small act of kindness, but after having a negative experience somewhere else, their willingness to help and their professionalism really stood out. I truly appreciated how respectful and helpful they were. Excellent customer service like that does not go unnoticed.

I had a damaged rim thanks to an awful pothole on the inner loop, so I took my car to Scotty’s. While it is difficult to find rims on the market for my specific car model, we were able to get one from the dealership and Scotty’s was able to help us replace the old one. They were very kind and communicative through all of the confusion in my situation! I spoke mostly to Till who was very helpful and kind. Scotty’s has your best interests in mind & I’d recommend them for anyone who needs help in a pinch!

Our grandson had a weekend emergency while visiting Rochester. Scotty's was recommended, and we are all so glad he chose it!! Car was repaired well, fair prices, and he checked a few things just to take care of a young driver. Thank you so much!! This garage seriously understands customer service and integrity.

I cannot recommend Scotty's enough. As a student there is a student discount, and consistently Paulie gives me some of the best prices with the best service. My current car is very sentimental and he is always helping me what is most economical. My car just got taken in for a tune up of something near the front right tire and because it was a part that they had installed, they fixed it free of charge. Absolutely amazing. If you go anywhere go here!!
